Cocoloco in Bali was created as a solution to a very real problem.

When you’re travelling in a foreign country, enjoying a few cocktails should feel easy, but in some places, it can come with risks around the sourcing and safety of spirits. After one personal experience with an unsuspecting cocktail made from bad spirits, it became clear just how important it was to create a safer way for guests to still enjoy great drinks without the uncertainty. The goal was simple. Keep the fun, remove the risk.

 

At the same time, most people don’t fly to Bali to spend their nights lining up at crowded bars or paying high prices for cocktails in packed venues. You book a big tropical villa to spend time with friends, play music by the pool and enjoy your own space. Cocoloco was designed to bring that beach club energy straight to your villa. A private bartender, proper cocktails and a relaxed setup where everyone can stay in, settle in and enjoy the moment together.

 

Awareness around methanol poisoning across parts of Asia has only reinforced why this model matters. We don’t supply alcohol and instead work only with duty-free spirits purchased and provided by guests, ensuring that everyone is kept safe.. It’s a simple, transparent system that means everyone knows exactly what they’re drinking and can enjoy the party with confidence.

 

Since 2015, Cocoloco has been bringing trained bartenders to private villas across Bali for birthdays, hens, celebrations and long afternoons that turn into great nights.
