COCKTAIL MAKING WORKSHOPS

Our Cocktail making workshops begin with a 60-75 minute cocktail making session where some of  the islands finest bartenders will take you through all the steps necessary to make two chosen favourite drinks. You’ll then spend the next 3 hours being waited on hand and food by our Cocoloco team who will continue to impress with a bunch of additional cocktail creations. How about a Floating Grazing Platter to enjoy on the Pool (or on the table of you prefer) comprising of some tropical delights, fruits, cheese dips, crackers and more to kick in the festivities. The Island Graze Team will make sure that your pool side snacking requirements are all taken care of.

You’ll choose two of the following cocktails that you’ll learn to make. The remaining cocktails made on the night will be a custom selection created by the team based on the other spirits you choose to bring along (you just need to let us know in advance). Please make sure that whatever two cocktails you would like to learn, you bring the required spirits

The Mojito is Cuba’s most popular contribution to cocktail culture and is a simple mix of white rum, lime juice, cane sugar, and soda (with muddled mint, please) It is fresh, tropical and oozes Bali life, so its certainly a cocktail classic that will be plastered across our cocktail menus for years to come.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Like a refined Red Bull and vodka for coffee lovers, the Espresso Martini promises a pick-me-up, calm-me-down effect in a tasty package. The after-dinner drink will wake you up while still keeping your buzz going. It’s also been called a Vodka Espresso and Pharmaceutical Stimulant.
